(Handbook page 49) Students in ninth through twelfth grades who successfully complete a college course or courses from an institution approved by the Arkansas Department of Education shall be given credit toward high school grades and graduation at the rate of one (1) high school credit for each three (3) semester hours of college credit.  The concurrent credit shall be applied toward the student’s graduation requirements as an elective unless the student has gotten the principal’s approval prior to enrollment in the course.
Credit for concurrent credit courses will not be given until grades are received by Marshall High School; students are responsible for having the grades sent to the school.
